400 g Karas
40 g horseradish
2 PCs boiled potatoes
2 PCs pickles
1 glass mayonnaise

Boil carp, separate the flesh from the bones, chop. Potatoes, cucumbers, cut into cubes.In mayonnaise, add horseradish, salt, vinegar and mix well.
Connect the fish with potatoes and cucumbers.
Put in a salad bowl, season with mayonnaise, arrange cucumbers and greens.
