Christmas salad with trout "Moscow-Tokyo"
300 g Boiled trout (without skin)
100 g mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show
100 g Russian cheese
4 sprigs of tarragon (tarragon)
1 egg
1 average onions
1 average boiled carrots
1 a bag of French fries
2 Art. l. olive oil
Boiled fish fillets cut into small, on a coarse grater rub the carrot and fry it in olive oil, allow to cool.
Beat a raw egg with a fork, in a frying pan from the carrots cook egg pancake, let cool and cut it fine julienne.
Finely chop the onion and fry in the same pan, let cool.
Rub on a coarse grater cheese, combine all the ingredients prepared, add mayonnaise and mix.
Before submitting a Christmas salad with trout "Moscow-Tokyo" on New Year's table should put it this way: roll salad in a batch size of some balls and put them on the cooked French fries, each ball decorate with greens tarragon or another.
