Christmas snack cake with trout "Snowman"
300 g fillet of salted trout
300 g processed cheese amber or Hochland
4 boiled eggs
1 round loaf of rye bread
? glass mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
? head of sweet red onion
3 tbsp. chopped dill and green onions

white pepper

Carefully with a sharp knife to cut with a bread crust, along the cut bread on a few cakes.
Finely chop the fish, sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper, pour 1 tbsp olive oil, leave to marinate.
Finely chop red onion, add to the fish.
On a coarse grater rubbing eggs and cheese, add the fish with the herbs, season mixed with mayonnaise sour cream, stir.
To assemble the cake, stacking the cakes on each other and accurately filling.
Before serving Christmas buffet to make new year's snack cake with trout "Snowman" as follows: a small amount of stuffing and bread crumbs blind snowman, put it on the cake, pour the sour cream, sprinkle grated proteins and decorate with greens.
