Snack of bread with cheese and trout

150 g smoked trout

4 pieces bread for toast (white / black)

1 packing cheese "Philadelphia"

1/2 beam green onions

To prepare the snacks need to use white or brown bread to taste, each piece must be no more than half a centimeter thick and cut the crusts need.

Put bread on the mat for sushi or plastic wrap - pieces must lie overlapping.

Cover the bread with cling film and walk through it with a rolling pin by pushing.

Lubricate the resulting bread with cream cheese layer over the entire area, put the sliced fish, sprinkle with a layer of bread and roll into a tight roll using the mat as twisted rolls, wrap in foil and roll away for an hour in the cold.

Served an appetizer of bread with cheese and trout as follows: roll cut crosswise into pieces, each decorated with mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
