Warm salad with beef
What you need:
beef tenderloin
150 g pumpkin flesh
150 g canned corn cobs
what kind of corn to choose? we'll show
1 leeks (only the white part)
1 tomato
2 -3 sprigs of parsley
1 a sprig of tarragon
vegetable oil
2,5 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame seeds
100 ml dry white wine
sugar, pepper to taste
Beef wash, Pat dry and finely chop. Pumpkin peel and seeds and cut into slices. Leeks washed and cut into rings. Each ear of corn cut in half lengthwise. Tomato wash, cut into slices. Green wash, Pat dry and chop.
Reheat in a pan with vegetable oil. Fry the meat, 3 minutes Add the pumpkin, leeks and corn. Cook for 5 minutes
Soy sauce mixed with wine, herbs and sesame seeds. Add sugar and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture into the pan with the meat and vegetable stew 1 min. Remove from heat. Add slices of tomato, stir and put in a bowl.
