Cake salad "Romance"

300 g doctoral sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show

300 g mayonnaise

130 g boiled water

14 g gelatin

4 eggs

3 potato tuber

2 carrots

2 fresh cucumber

green celery

thin plastic sausage

ground black pepper

salt

Boil eggs, carrots and potatoes, cool.

Dissolve the gelatin in water, combine with mayonnaise.

Grate all the ingredients separately (squeeze the juice with cucumber), add mayonnaise.

Products put layers in split form in this order: potatoes, carrots, sausage, eggs, cucumbers.

Pour the remaining mayonnaise on top, put into the refrigerator to freeze.

Put the cake on a platter.

Twist roses from cutting the sausage, securing them with toothpicks, place them face cake. Make "leaves" of the greens.
