Salad with carrots and tuna
2 average raw carrots
1 / 2 - a jar of tuna salad in its own juice
1-2 Art. l. olive oil (corn, grape)
a few leaves of basil
2 Art. l. 1 /. lemon juice
Salt to taste
Carrot peel and grate. Chop basil leaves (better hands, not a knife). Decant the liquid from canned.
Stir in carrots, canned, basil.
Season with oil and lemon juice. Salt to taste
