"Odessa" fish salad
500 g fillet of pike or walleye
5 boiled eggs
2 onions
1 yellow pepper
1 red onion
green salad
parsley
the tomatoes
mayonnaise

This festive salad is perfect to decorate the Christmas table, it is quite simple to prepare.
Fish fillet boil, adding some salt, until tender, finely chopped.
Finely chop the onion, fry in butter.
Eggs, boiled, cut into cubes, combine all the ingredients, add the mayonnaise, stir, put on a platter lined with lettuce leaves.
Finely chop the pepper and red onion, make the "Odessa" fish salad, adding the parsley and tomatoes.
