Light vegetable salad Christmas "Snake"

3 tuber Potato

2 carrots

2 eggs

2 fresh cucumber

1 carrot

1 head onions

1 pickled cucumber

1 sweet pepper

1 bundle green onions

1 tablespoons vinegar

1/2 tsp sugar

Boil hard boiled eggs, until cooked carrots, potatoes and beets.

Onions cleaned, cut into small pieces, marinate in 3 tbsp vinegar and sugar.

Finely chopped fresh and pickled cucumbers.

Divide whites and yolks of boiled eggs, rub on a small grater separately.
