"Garden" - mixed vegetables
On 1 liter jar:
100 g cauliflower
4 small onions
2-3 tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic
2-3 cucumber
2 umbrella dill
1 carrot
1 pepper
1 clove
bay leaves
Marinade (1 L of water):
3 Art. l. 9% vinegar
2 h. l. salt
1 h. l. sugar
Rinse well with all vegetables, disassemble cauliflower on Kocheshkov, peel the onion and garlic, pepper cut into several strips, removing the seeds, carrots cut into circles.
Lay the bottom sterilized jars fennel, cloves, garlic, bay leaves and vegetables so that completely fill the jar.
To prepare the marinade in a saucepan pour water, add to it sugar and salt, bring to a boil, boil for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat, add the vinegar and mix.
Pour the marinade boiled vegetables, pouring it into the center of the banks to the walls were heated evenly, cover with sterilized jar lid, put in a pot of water and sterilized for 10 minutes from the moment when the water boils.
Next canning is done as follows: banks rolled lids turned upside down to cool.
