Marinated tomatoes sweet and sour
20 g herbs (dill, parsley, horseradish, basil, celery, tarragon)
2-3 cloves garlic
2-3 Clove
2-3 black peppercorns
1 head onions
1 bay leaves
3 tablespoons 6% vinegar
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Marinade 1 liter of water:
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons sugar
Rinse the tomatoes, cut the stalk.
Take a quart jar, put the bottom of the first onion, garlic, parsley, bay leaf, cloves and black pepper, mustard seeds.
On top of the spices to put the tomatoes, add the vinegar.
For the marinade in a liter of water to dissolve sugar and salt, bring everything to a boil, pour boiling marinade tomatoes.
Cover the jar, put in a pot of hot water, sterilized jars 10-12 minutes (3L sterilized jars 20-25 minutes).
