Tomatoes with horseradish, salt for me
8-10 kg tomatoes
3-4 horseradish root
3 garlic cloves
sprigs of dill
the leaves of black currant
allspice-peas

Marinade:
10 l water
600-800 g salt
Rinse, allow to dry tomatoes, peel the horseradish root and garlic, slice the radish pieces.
Wash the dill and currant leaves, let them dry.
Take a sterilized jars, at the bottom of each lay currant leaves, peppercorn, dill, a few cloves of garlic, 3-4 slices of horseradish, put in a jar of tomatoes, then again to do the same as the bottom layer of spices.
Water for the marinade, bring to boil, add salt, stir, cool down, warm marinade to pour over the tomatoes.
