Marinade:
To 1 liter of water:
100 g sugar or honey
50 g Apple cider vinegar
50 g salt
Wash the tomatoes, near the stem with a fork or needle to make a few punctures, put on sterilized banks, alternating with sprigs of Basil.
Combine all ingredients for the marinade, bring to a boil, pour the tomatoes in boiling marinade.
Next, the tomatoes, canned with Basil, sterilized lids and rolled.
