Eggplant caviar from Thecla Tolstoy
What you need:
6 large eggplant
4 small bulbs
1 a large head of garlic
sunflower oil

Eggplant whole (without cutting the tail) pin in several places with a fork, brush with butter, put on a baking sheet and place in a preheated 170 � C oven.
