Quick cabbage pie on kefir
450 cabbage
250 ml kefir
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show
140 g flour
50 g butter oil (for frying)
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt

parsley

Egg beaten with salt, add not repaid soda, pour 1 Cup of yogurt, stirring to enter the flour.
Finely shred the cabbage, salt, lightly knead by hand, add the chopped parsley and thyme, put in a pan with melted butter, put out until cooked over moderate heat, adding water if necessary, pour in the beaten eggs, stir.
Grease a baking dish with oil, pour a smaller part of the test, put the cabbage, smooth, top, pour the remaining batter to put on top of slices of butter.
Bake quick cabbage pie on the kefir in a preheated 190 � C oven for about 45 minutes
