The Christmas appetizer "Fried dragon"
1 eggplant
1 a pod of red pepper
vegetable oil
Sauce:
3-5 tbsp. sauce sweet chili

Batter:
50 g flour

Chop the eggplant accordion, not cutting to the end, at an angle on the diagonal into slices the thickness of about a half-centimeter in size.
