Diet eggplant in batter

2 medium eggplant

1 egg

3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. semolina

Clean and slice the eggplant plastics.

Knead the batter, combining eggs, flour, semolina and milk.

To salt plastics eggplant, dipped in batter and fry in a pan with hot oil.

Served diet eggplant in batter hot.
