4 garlic cloves
2 bitter pepper

1,5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Everything except the eggplant, cut in a meat grinder, combine, stir, put on the fire, boil for 10 minutes
Eggplant peel, finely chop or grind, add to the boiling vegetables, boiled eggplant for another 25-30 minutes, then done canning: at the end of the boil add the vinegar, eggplant eggplant stacks banks (pre-sterilized), rolled.
