Apples dipped in batter

8 apples

1 Art. l. vegetable oil

For the batter:

1 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show

1 h. l. sugar

4 Art. l. vegetable oil

Mix the flour with butter and sugar and beat mass within 5-10 minutes.

Clear apples and slice them thinly.

Each circle prick with a fork, lowered into the batter and then immerse in boiling oil, fry until golden brown.

Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar apples, pre-mixed with cinnamon.
