Required products:
200 g chicken - cooked fillet
100 g ham
100 g beef tongue boiled
50 g cheese
50 g butter
4 tbsp. mushrooms canned
ketchup
200 g sour cream
1 tsp. wheat flour

Flour warm without color change until the smell of roasted nuts, cool and dilute one part sour cream. The remaining sour cream and heat until boiling, add the dissolved flour, salt, pepper, stir, warm up to a uniform consistency and strain.
Ham, chicken, tongue cut into strips, fry in a little oil. Add sour cream, ketchup. The mass is spread out in 8 cocotte, sprinkle with grated cheese. Lay on top of sliced mushrooms.
Bake in a water bath in the oven until Golden brown.
Serve on 2 pieces per serving.
