Cheese-nut cream
100 g solid or melted cheese
1 onions
2 Art. l. dry wine
2 Art. l. chopped nuts
1 pear or orange
ground black pepper
salt
This unusual appetizer is perfect for any holiday or New Year's table.
Bow to grind, crush or rub the nuts, connect all the cheese and wine, grind pepper and salt and mix well.
Before serving cheese-nut cream laid out in the tray is made with slices of fruit and greens.
