Cheese custard pies
200 g grated hard cheese
4 egg whites
breadcrumbs
vegetable fat
ground black pepper
Thoroughly whisk the egg whites and mix with grated cheese and pepper.
Of cooked weight molded balls the size of an egg, not squeezing the dough with it too much.
Generously breaded balls in breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil in a frying pan or deep-fried until golden brown.
Served cheese custard cakes with parsley sprigs.
