1 / 2 cups water

4 tbsp. butter

1 / 8 teaspoon white pepper

1 / 2 cups flour

2 eggs



1 / 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

200 g cheese, finely grated

Heat oven to 180 degrees and grease oil trays.

To heat water, oil, salt and pepper in medium saucepan at high temperature.

When the butter has dissolved, add the flour and quickly stir for 1-2 minutes.

Reduce heat and stir for a further 2 minutes, until the dough will not come unstuck from the walls of the pan.

Remove the pan from the stove and put in the dough eggs one at a time. Each time carefully removed.

Now add in the dough mustard, cheese , except for 2 tbsp of cheese.

Spread with a spoon dough on trays and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for about 25 minutes.
