Pie "Cheese"
150 g wheat flour

150 g cheese
75 g butter
25 g starch
1 egg
1 h. l. baking powder

Connect butter and salt to dissolve in 250 g of water, bring to the boil.
Connect with starch flour, stir, gradually pour in the boiling mixture, boil the mixture, stirring constantly, until the dough thickens (it starts to lag behind the walls).
Slightly cool dough, drive an egg, add baking powder and part of grated cheese. Whisk dough so that in the end it slipped from Veselka.
Arrange the dough on a baking sheet, greased, with a spoon in the form of a wreath, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese pie.
Bake "Cheese" cake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, and then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees and bake the pie for another 20 min.
Served "Cheese" hot cake, decorated with green salad.
