Salad with salted cucumbers and cheese

120 g pickled cucumbers

100 g hard cheese

80 g canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show

5 g green onions

0.5 glass heavy cream

radishes

Slice the cucumbers circles, finely chop the onion, leaving a few sprigs for decoration salad.

Preparation of filling: add salt and a little whipped cream.

Grate the cheese grater.

Place the first layer cucumbers, then onions, then peas, pour salad dressing, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Before serving, arrange salad with salted cucumbers and cheese green onions and slices of radish.
