"Fried" with squid

900 g squid fillet

2 eggs

4 Art. l. wheat flour

To prepare the onion fries:

4 onions

1 Art. l. wheat flour

vegetable fat

salt

This Christmas appetizer admirably on the holiday table.

Onions cut into rings, sprinkle with flour, stir, then fry until golden brown in very hot oil, quickly take out, put on a screen, wait for the fat to drain, then a little sprinkle with salt and mix gently.

Boil until tender squid, cut into strips and pepper, dip in beaten eggs, breaded in flour, put fried, fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

Served "Fried" with squid on a plate decorated with fried onions, the dish can garnish fried potatoes.
