Stuffed vegetables squid
10 squid
2 garlic cloves
2 onions
1 chilli
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. semi-dry white wine
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
? tsp. ground coriander
black pepper
salt
Squid to prepare, 2 of them cut into strips, fry in butter.
Finely chop the garlic and onion, connect, fry in butter, add the tomato paste and coriander, cook for another 5 minutes
Add the fried squid with vegetables, sprinkle with chopped herbs, chopped chili pepper, pour the wine, heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.
Stuff the filling 8 squid, fasten wooden skewers.
Put the squid in the pan, cook for half an hour for a couple.
This seafood dish is suitable as the first on the Christmas table, will surprise all guests and home.
