Appetizer to the picnic "Squid on skewers"
250 g boiled potatoes
200 g large squid, cleaned
5 tbsp. sunflower oil

Sauce:
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
Basil
mint
parsley
In a blender, grind all the ingredients for the sauce.
Small boiled potatoes cut in half, add salt and pepper, oil to fry until Golden brown.
Coarsely chop the squid on both sides and fry until Browning in butter.
Put on each potato half the sauce, top with a piece of squid, pierce all the skewers, so the appetizer to the picnic "Squid on skewers preparing all of the ingredients.
