Skewers of squid
500 g squid fillet
1 lime
1 bunch green onions
3 Art. l. wine vinegar
2 Art. l. coriander or mint chopped
1 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 h. l. crushed chili
Stir butter, cilantro or mint, chilli, vinegar and sugar.
Squid cleaned, cut into slices 1.5-2 cm, marinate sauces for 1.5 hours.
Strung squid on skewers, roast on the grill for 3-4 minutes, turning constantly, not overcook, or squid becomes rigid.
Post skewers of squid with lime slices and a little podpechennym green onions. Warm marinade and serve separately.
