Delicate crepes

3 glass kefir
what kind of yogurt to choose? we'll show

4 tbsp. starch

2 eggs

8 tbsp. flour

? glass sugar

50 g butter

3 tbsp. vegetable oil

? tsp. soda

? tsp. salt

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.

Add kefir soda, stir and leave for a few minutes.

To the yolks add the starch, yogurt (gradually) and flour, stir well, that went all the lumps.

Carefully enter the vegetable oil and pre-whipped egg whites with salt.

Grease the frying pan with a little vegetable oil, after lubricating don't need.

Bake thin pancakes, each one laying on the plate at once to coat with oil. May both separately and with filling.
