4 glass flour

4 tbsp. sugar

salt on the tip of a knife

a pint of vegetable oil

Mix well the eggs, sour cream, salt and flour. Thinly roll out the dough, cut it thin and make them bows.

The sticks dipped in boiling oil and fry until Golden brown. Put on paper towel to glass the excess oil, then transfer to a serving platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
