Apple fritters

1/2 glass For 1 cup of apple sauce - for flour, sugar

50 g oils

10 g yeast

1/2 teaspoon salt

Apples bake, rubbed through a sieve (or squeeze in a juicer). In the resulting puree add the flour, salt, yeast, butter, and sugar.

Knead the dough and bake muffins in the pan.
