Muffins with apple, cheese and muesli
275 g flour

125 g cottage cheese 5%
75 g fruit muesli
50 ml warm milk
50 g butter
1-2 apple
1 egg
1 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. lemon juice
1 h. l. dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
milk / egg yolk (for smearing)
Knead the dough by combining flour, sugar, yeast and milk, leave for 20 minutes in the heat.
On a coarse grater rub the apples, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Softened butter, along with cheese, cereal, salt and grated apples to add to the dough, stir, leave the dough for 40 minutes.
Grease the baking butter, powdered with flour, molded 10 rolls and lay them on a baking sheet and leave for 15 minutes.
In a preheated 180 degree oven put a refractory form, filling it with water.
On a bun to make an incision crossed lubricate them on top of milk or egg yolk.
Cook muffins with apple, cheese and cereal in the preheated oven for 50 minutes.
