125 ml The broth;
0,5 tsp. Flour;
0,5 tsp. Butter -�

For this sauce, the broth can take any fish, meat or vegetable. The broth boil, then cool to approximately 50 degrees C. Meanwhile, dry in the oven flour to yellowish color. Add the flour in 30ml of broth and stir thoroughly until it is fully dissolved, then pour this part of the broth in the rest. The whole broth boil, cover and keep on low heat for 15 minutes, remove from heat and put butter. Stir until the butter has dissolved in the sauce.
