Porridge made of mixed grains with berry puree 5%
10 g Rice flour;
10 g Oat flour;
10 g Buckwheat flour;
200 ml Milk;
5 g Butter;
20 ml Sugar syrup;
2 g Salt 25 %
50 g Berries (strawberries and raspberries)
In a pan pour half of the milk , add the salt solution, sugar syrup and bring to a boil. In the remaining milk to dissolve the flour, pour the mixture into the pan and stirring constantly, bring to boil, then cool and add to the porridge mashed thoroughly rubbed with fresh berries and butter.
