Cucumber and egg salad
1 PCs Cucumber;
1 PCs Egg;
1 tbsp. Sour cream 10%;
Greens
Salt
The egg cook in boiling water for 10 minutes. Cucumber with the need to peel, cut into slices, put on a plate and season with salt. Egg grate on a coarse grater and mix with sour cream. Received dressing pour over cucumbers and decorate the top with fresh herbs.
