Mulled wine "Taste of Time"
0.5 l dry red wine
75 g sugar
1 cinnamon stick
150 ml brandy (brandy or rum)
1 lemon
12 clove buds
Lemon wash thoroughly and wipe dry and stick cloves in it, mark out the clock. Put it in a large container of wine, sugar and cinnamon stick mangled. Heat over medium heat for about ten minutes minutes without bringing up seething. Remove from heat. Add the brandy and let stand 5 minutes. Remove the lemon and cinnamon and serve hot.
