Creamy soup spiced wine
500 ml beef broth
500 ml dry white wine
200 ml cream
4 shallots
3 bud Clove
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
sugar
white pepper
salt
Clean, wash, chop the shallots in the quarter-pieces, pour broth and wine and bring everything to a boil.
Reduce heat, break the cinnamon stick and add to the soup along with cloves, boil for half an hour, then strain.
In foam whipped cream, pour slowly into the soup, salt the, add pepper, sugar and cardamom, apply a creamy wine spicy soup to the table.
