Georgian soup (2)
Ingredients:
250 g pulp beef
400 g cabbage
50 g suluguni
1-2 pcs. frankfurters
1 grated nutmeg - pinch
1/2 glass dry white wine
4 glass water
salt
Meat cover with cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam, add salt and cook at low boil until tender, then remove the meat, broth.
In the boiling broth put finely shredded cabbage, add grated cheese, cooked meat, cut into 3-4 cm cubes and cook the soup for 10 minutes. Add the sausage cut into strips, season with salt, pour the wine, add the nutmeg, bring the soup to a boil and remove from heat.
When serving sprinkle with chopped herbs.
