Soup with asparagus and prawns
200 g Asparagus
8 shrimp
3 Art. l. grated cheese
2 Art. l. white wine
2 Art. l. butter

2 Art. l. wheat flour
2 glass fish broth
ground black pepper
Salt (to taste)
Asparagus peel, chop and fry in butter. Add the flour and lightly fry until creamy. Pour the flour and asparagus broth and bring to a boil.
Beat the asparagus in a blender, then warm it and add cheese, pepper, salt and mix well.
Clear prawns and fry them in butter and put in the soup.
Before serving put in a dish and place the soup greens.
