"Lights of Saratov" (stuffed with oranges)

Take the 3 oranges, cut 3 cm from the top. We take out the flesh with a teaspoon. In a frying pan fry in butter finely chopped, not very fatty pork. Adds, leek, garlic, on a small twig mint, thyme, rosemary, celery root, 1 cm ginger, dill, parsley, add the juice squeezed from the pulp of oranges, 2 tbsp. Spoon sour cream, simmer until tender. Fill the prepared oranges. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Decorate with a sprig of green and black olives.
