Pork with oranges in the New Year
500 g pork tenderloin
1 Art. l. honey
1 Art. l. mustard
1.5 glass freshly squeezed orange juice
oranges
garlic
greens
salt
Meat wash, dry, cut into slices about 2 cm thick, lightly beat off, to rub salt on both sides in a frying pan fry until brown.
Chop the garlic, grate the meat and fry a little, reduce the heat, pour the juice, add the mustard and honey, put out about half an hour.
Further, in a frying pan on each slice of meat put on a thin orange circle, cover, put out another 10 min.
Pork served with oranges in the New Year on New Year's table as follows: pieces of meat lay on a flat dish, cover each circle orange, decorate with greenery.
