Christmas meat with tangerine sauce
3 Mandarin
2 pork chops
1 orange
1 tbsp. butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. honey
black pepper
salt
Tangerine peel, divided into slices, squeeze the juice from an orange.
In a pan melt the honey and butter, put slices of tangerines, 4 min to fry, pour squeezed orange juice, bring to a boil, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Cut meat across the grain into plastic not more than 1 cm thick, on each side of the fry, salt and cook until tender.
On new year's eve buffet to serve Christmas meat with tangerine sauce, watering cooked sauce.
