Meat in honey-fruit sauce
500 g meat (beef, pork, or others.)
200 g frozen berries
100 ml orange juice
2 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. honey
2 h. l. orange peel
spices (to taste)
salt
Rub the meat with spices and salt and leave for a few minutes to marinate, then fry over high heat in butter in a frying pan on each side for 5 minutes.
Pour into the pan orange juice, add berries, add the orange zest and cook over medium heat until boiling 2 times of about 20 minutes, allow to cool.
Add to sauce cooked honey, mix well.
Drizzle with honey and fruit meat sauce and serve.
