Orange hot
300 g pork
1 tbsp. Sliven.oil
1 tsp. flour

pepper,salt to taste
The meat is washed and cut into small pieces.Fry in a pan in butter.
Add salt,pepper,add water,cover and simmer for 25 minutes
Orange wash,remove the peel and cut it into thin strips.
Pour 100ml. cold water,bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes on low heat.
The obtained strain the broth,cool and mix thoroughly with flour(so that no lumps).
The orange pulp is divided into slices and cut into small pieces.
Put the orange in the pan with the meat,add honey,mix orange broth with flour and simmer for another 15 minutes
