The Lenten cake with orange, banana and dried apricots
Dough:
500 g flour

250 ml strong black tea
2/3 glass sugar

2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. soda
1 pinch of salt
Filling:
300 g dried apricots
1 orange
Half of the flour, honey, tea, sugar, bananas, oil mix in a blender.
