Pork in oranges
1 kg pulp pork
3 orange
50 g butter

25 g sugar
40 g flour
salt, pepper
With oranges, cut a thin layer of the peel, the orange peel. Cut the peel in thin strips, boil it for ten minutes in one Cup of boiling water. Brown in butter pork, salt and pepper, simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from pans, peel, cool the broth and mix with flour. To impose the meat quarters of oranges, sprinkle with sugar, pour over the flour mixture with the broth, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, put the meat on a platter, garnish with the remnants of the oranges and pour sauce.
