Cranberry sauce with tangerine juice and ginger
2 glass fresh cranberries
4 glass 3 / sugar
4 glass 3 / Water
1 / 4 cup juice of mandarins
2 tablespoons berry liqueur
2 cm ginger root, grate
1 tangerine peel
Cranberries, water, juice, sugar, ginger and tangerine peel in a medium saucepan and, stirring occasionally, cook for 20 minutes over medium heat to thicken
Remove from heat and add the liqueur.
Serve hot or cold.
