Turkey with cranberry and orange
2 glass Turkey (breast, sliced into strips)
1/2 glass orange juice
1 canned mandarins - Bank
1 glass cranberry
1 tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper - to taste
200-300 g fettuccine
1 tbsp. corn starch
Mix the Turkey, 1/3 Cup orange juice, tangerine slices, cranberries, sugar, salt and pepper in medium saucepan. Cover and simmer for approximately 15 - 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the pasta al dente. Remove the sauce from the heat, pour the remaining juice and serve, pouring the pasta sauce in the plate.
