Chicken stuffed
1,5-2 kg chicken - 1 piece ()
250 g minced
chicken liver
2 PCs egg
50-70 g brandy
100 g fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
30 g butter
1/2 PCs lemon
nutmeg
ground black pepper
salt
Mushrooms and chicken livers, finely chopped, add a large part of the butter, stir. Add the eggs, minced meat, a pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper, pour in the brandy and mix thoroughly.
Prepared the chicken, RUB with salt inside and out, start with the prepared mixture and sew. Drizzle with vegetable oil.
Fry the chicken in the oven, gravy in the pan with a little water. When the chicken is slightly browned, brush it with lemon juice, remaining butter and cook until tender, occasionally pouring formed sochka.
